VMA in association with Moody Nolan, Inc. has been selected to design the new Undergraduate Business & Public Affairs Center at West Chester University. The new building is envisioned as a modern building that will be both iconic and complementary to the context of the historical school campus as well as create an anchor for the northeastern portion of campus. Sustainable design practices will be incorporated in the design in an effort to optimize the energy performance of the building.
VMA in association with Robert A.M. Stern Architects, LLP has been commissioned to provide architectural, engineering, and interior design services for the new LeBow College of Business at Drexel University. Prominently sited on the corner of 32nd and Market at Drexel’s main campus, the new building will provide the college with a world class facility and continue to strengthen the university’s presence along this busy corridor.
VMA in association with designLAB of Boston, was recently awarded the commission for a new middle school and athletics facility at the Merle-Smith campus of Moravian Academy in North Bethlehem, PA.
VMA has recently been retained to undertake the complete renovation of Dwight Hall, the Center for Public Service and Social Justice at Yale University. The second oldest building on campus and home to over 60 student-run organizations, this rehabilitation effort will comprise multiple meeting rooms and offices of various sizes, the library and conference center, Chapel, and the restoration of the Common Room.
Having grown substantially from the fifteen families which formed this congregation over fifty years ago, Temple Judea of Bucks County is in need of additional space in which to continue to serve its congregation which is anticipated to grow up to 500 families. Having purchased a parcel of land near its current location, the congregation is now poised to begin the programming and design of a new facility to support the worship, education, and assembly needs of the congregation.
