Yale University:
Renovation of Dwight Hall

NEW HAVEN, CONNECTICUT

Still in schematic design, the renovation of Yale University’s historic Dwight Hall focuses on the restoration of the building envelope, masonry and stained glass, improvement to site accessibility, replacement and upgrades to MEP, voice, and data systems, code compliance, and restoration of the historic elements including the interior of the chapel. The renovation will also create a series of flexible, technologically–supported meeting rooms and offices to accommodate the Dwight Hall organization, comprising over 75 student–run service and advocacy groups.
