The new 12-story, 177,500 sf building will house a trading lab, 300-seat auditorium, five-story atrium, 16 classrooms, faculty offices, and student engagement spaces. The robust masonry and glass structure will form a visual connection to downtown, while physically connecting the main quadrangle to bustling Market Street. Classrooms and student spaces, adjacent to a central atrium, will occupy the first five floors, while the tower will provide stunning views for faculty offices and a top floor conference room. The building is on track to receive Green Globe certification and will meet worldwide sustainability standards.
