The renovation and addition to the existing dining facilities at this PreK-12 girl’s school in suburban Philadelphia provides four, distinct eating areas with a combined seating capacity of 300, and a separate room which can be closed off from the main dining space for faculty and staff lunch meetings. A focal point of the new dining facility is the pavilion which establishes a direct relationship between the interior spaces and the surrounding landscape and has a pergola covered porch for outdoor dining. A new lounge, exhibit, and study space adjacent to the entrance of the serving line provides informal gathering space for students.
